Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda - Tokyo

The hotel's traditional Japanese decor and tranquil ambiance made for a truly delightful stay. The serene lobby and public areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. As a senior, I particularly appreciated the hotel's excellent accessibility, with easy-to-navigate facilities and helpful staff, making it convenient for my needs.

I wish the hotel had more seating options around the property for seniors, as it can be tiring to stand for long periods.

Loved the convenient location and the variety of amenities offered at this fabulous hotel. The mix of residential, office, and entertainment in the Gotanda area was just the cherry on top!

Oh, and who needs a separate concierge department or someone to carry your luggage when you can do it all yourself? Such a delightful inconvenience.

As a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. The public bath on the top floor was a brilliant addition, with a nice view and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with close proximity to the JR Gotanda station and easy access to other parts of Tokyo. We also appreciated the variety of dining options in the area and the convenience of a supermarket nearby.

The hotel room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The onsen on the top floor was relaxing and had great city views. The location was convenient with the metro station nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants around. I recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located near train station and subway. Quiet rooms and great service from staff. Supermarket nearby for convenience. Rooftop public bath was a relaxing way to start the day. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the public bath/spa which was always clean and provided a nice spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the location was perfect, being only a short distance from two train stations which allowed us to easily access all parts of the city. The hotel was also very clean and tidy.

I recently stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, just minutes away from the JR train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. An added bonus was the rooftop Japanese-style baths, which I enjoyed visiting multiple times a day. I have nothing but good things to say about this clean and nice hotel. I would highly recommend staying here again.

Reception on the 15th floor is a bit inconvenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, I was impressed! The location is perfect, being very close to the nearby metro station, and it is within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with them always being at my service and speaking English fluently. The housekeeping was also great, with fresh towels, free toiletries, and great amenities. I appreciated the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and electric kettle in the room too. The public bath on the top floor was a nice touch, and the massage services in the spa and wellness centre were superb!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, especially the pool area, were great. The location was fantastic, right by the forest with many well-guided trails, and there were also buses nearby that went to the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The free upgrade to a suite with a private sauna was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious, and there were two restaurants in the main building.

The hotel is conveniently close to a major train station and just a few stops away from other neighborhoods. There are also plenty of good food options around the area. The rooms are comfortable and modern with great facilities, including State of the Art toilets. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

The wait for the elevators can be quite long, but overall it did not significantly detract from our stay.

The room was super cozy with a comfy bed and a nice flat-screen TV. The bathroom was spotless and had a fancy toilet with all the bells and whistles, which I found really cool as a guest with disabilities.

I wish the room had brighter lighting for reading, but that's just my personal preference.

Great location, only a short walk to the train station. Convenient with a small shopping mall and lots of eateries nearby. The staff was helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms were spacious and larger than the average Japanese standard. The hotel also had a convenient store on the ground floor, making it easy to grab necessities. there was a free spa available to use.

Though the restaurant downstairs was pricey, there was a Lawson convenience store conveniently located downstairs.
